Finishing training is not the finish line.
It is the starting line.
I call the space between them the knowing and doing gap.
Your team knows the pivot.
Knowing is not asking.
Every agency I coach fights this same gap.
The winners close it the same way.
They track the doing.
Here is the tool.
The Daily Ask Tracker.
Every team member logs one number every day.
How many times did I ask a pivot question?
Not sales.
Asks.
Sales follow asks.
Always have.
Then five minutes every Friday.
Read the numbers out loud.
Celebrate the streaks.
Here is what I would do this week.
1. Start tracking asks today.
Paper works.
A tally sheet by the phone works.
Just count.
2. Review every Friday.
Five minutes.
Numbers out loud.
No lectures.
3. Praise consistency over spikes.
Four asks a day all week beats twenty on Monday and none after.
Here is the shift.
Consistency beats volume.
Every time.
The agencies that win are not the ones that know the most.
They are the ones that do it daily.
If you want tracking and accountability built into your training instead of bolted on, that is what we do inside Ignite Agency Training.
Better every day,
