Day one sets the pattern.
Most day ones set the wrong one.
Paperwork.
Videos.
A tour.
Then a chair in the corner.
Seventeen plus years working with agencies taught me what a new hire actually remembers about day one.
Not the handbook.
The pattern.
So set it on purpose.
Here is the speech.
Say it before lunch.
“Here is how training works here.
Every day you will practice one thing out loud before you use it with a customer.
You will mess up in practice.
That is the point.
When you nail it, we celebrate it and move to the next thing.
Your job this week is reps, not perfection.”
Six sentences.
That is your training culture, installed on day one.
Here is what I would do this week.
1. Write your version of the speech.
Keep it under one minute.
Your words.
Same message.
2. Prove it in the first hour.
Run their first out loud rep before lunch.
The speech means nothing until they see it happen.
3. Protect the pattern.
Ten minutes of practice every day after that.
No exceptions in week one.
Here is the shift.
New hires do not learn your culture from a handbook.
They learn it from what actually happens on day one.
Make what happens match what you said.
If you want a full first week already built and ready to run, that is what we hand you inside Ignite Agency Training.
Better every day,
