Money back guarantee and limitations 

Ignite believes in its Services and offers a money back guarantee in certain circumstances. If you purchase the Services and your team has completed the training as suggested by Ignite including, but not limited to, 10-15 minutes per day of training per user, and you are not happy with the Services, Ignite will refund your payments up to $499.98 in the first 30 days. Ignite retains to the right to demand proof of You and Your team’s use of the Services and Ignite may deny any claim for its money back guarantee due to the lack or insufficiency of such proof as determined by Ignite in its sole discretion.
