Where should your new hire fail?

Sep 24, 2026

Your new hire is going to fumble the life pivot.

That is guaranteed.

The only question is who hears it.

A teammate in practice.

Or a customer on the phone.

One of those costs you nothing.

The other costs you trust.

Here is the rule I train.

Ten Clean Reps.

No skill goes live until it has been practiced out loud ten clean times.

Not read ten times.

Said ten times.

Five minutes a day.

One person plays the customer.

One person runs the rep.

This is exactly why we built AI Roleplay into Ignite.

A new hire can run fifty reps against a customer who never gets tired and never judges.

Here is what I would do this week.

1. Install the Ten Clean Reps rule.

New skills get practiced before they get used.

Every team member.

Every time.

2. Make practice a daily appointment.

Same time every day.

What gets scheduled gets done.

3. Count the reps on the scoreboard.

Clean reps are a number.

Track it like one.

Here is the shift.

Confidence is not handed out in a meeting.

It is built one rep at a time.

Give your team a place to fail safely and they will stop failing publicly.

If you want your team running reps against AI customers this week, come see it inside Ignite Agency Training.

Better every day,
