If it doesn’t require your license, judgment, or leadership — delegate it.
Give your team ownership, not tasks.
Let them learn by doing. - Prioritize the Impactful
Every day, pick three things that actually grow your agency:
• Recruiting and training top talent
• Coaching performance
• Building repeatable systems
Everything else is noise.
The insight:
You don’t need to manage time.
You need to manage priorities.
When you focus only on what multiplies results, you’ll realize freedom isn’t about working less — it’s about working smarter.
Try this:
Tomorrow, write down every task you touch.
Then label each one:
• Trivial: Doesn’t move the agency forward
• Important: Keeps things running
• Impactful: Grows the business
Then spend 80% of your time on the impactful.
