If you want production in January, the hire happens in October.
Not January.
Work the calendar backward with me.
Hire in October.
License in November.
Practice and reps in December.
Producing on January 2.
Now run it the other way.
Wait until January.
License in February.
Train in March.
Produce in April.
Your first quarter is gone before they take a real call.
I watch this exact mistake cost agencies their best quarter every single year.
Here is what I would do this week.
1. Put the timeline on paper.
Count backward from January 2.
Circle your hire by date.
2. Start recruiting before you feel the pain.
The best hires are found before the seat is empty.
3. Build the ramp before day one.
First week plan.
Scoreboard.
Daily practice.
Ready before they walk in.
Here is the shift.
Agencies do not fall behind in January.
They fall behind in October.
The ones who win the first quarter built it in the fourth.
If you want the ramp built before your fall hire walks in the door, let me show you exactly how we do it inside Ignite Agency Training.
Better every day,
