If you’re not tracking key sales numbers, you’re flying blind.
➡️ How many calls does it take to generate a quote?
➡️ What’s your closing percentage?
➡️ What’s your life/health opportunity to close rate?
If you don’t know these numbers, you can’t improve them.
For example:
If your close rate is 20% and you improve it to 25%, that could mean an extra 180 households closed over the courses of the year.
So here’s your challenge this week: Start tracking ONE key sales metric.
